You set the price — and keep it

Choose your own hourly rate, with separate weekend and public-holiday rates if you want them. Sizoro takes one flat 5% + VAT commission — no starter rate, no trial-period cut — and 100% of every tip is yours. Every job shows your exact net payout before you accept.

Extra work is never free

Extra time and extra tasks must be approved in the app before they become billable. If a job runs over, you request the extra time and the employer approves it — agreed in writing, paid with the job. And when an employer cancels late, the cancellation fee goes 100% to you: Sizoro waives its own fees on that booking.

Clear rules, real appeals

No silent deactivation. Cancellation strikes follow published rules, every strike can be appealed and reviewed by a person, and dispute outcomes have their own appeal window. Your regular employers stay yours — trusted employers can rebook you instantly.

How you get paid

A job only reaches you after the employer's payment is authorized — you never work on a promise.
When the job is confirmed complete, your share is paid out automatically.
It settles into your own bank account, typically the next business day.
No payout day, no minimum amount, no payout fee, nothing to request.
