Pay the worker's service subtotal plus a 5% + VAT Sizoro fee, charged as one VAT-inclusive amount rounded up to the nearest whole rand.

Workers

Keep the service subtotal minus a 5% + VAT worker commission, charged as one VAT-inclusive amount rounded up to the nearest whole rand.

Tips

Tips are optional. 100% of each tip goes to the worker and tips are not rounded or commissioned.

How we charge

Workers set their own hourly, weekend, and public holiday rates — at or above South Africa's national minimum wage, with no upper limit.
Employers pay a 5% + VAT platform fee on the labour subtotal, charged as a single VAT-inclusive amount rounded up to the nearest whole rand. Sizoro issues a tax invoice for its fee — the labour itself carries no VAT, because your worker supplies it directly.
Workers pay a 5% + VAT commission on the labour subtotal, charged as a single VAT-inclusive amount rounded up to the nearest whole rand, with a tax invoice issued for it at capture.
Tips are separate from the labour subtotal. They pass through to the worker at 100%.
Every booking payment is tied to a confirmed real-world service and any optional tip.

Time bookedThe labour subtotal is the worker's applicable hourly rate multiplied by the booked duration.
Rate typeWeekend and public holiday rates can apply when the worker has set them for that booking time.

How much does Sizoro cost to use?: There is no monthly plan and no cost to join. Employers pay a 5% + VAT booking fee and workers pay a 5% + VAT commission, both on the labour subtotal — so you only pay when a booking is confirmed.
Are there any hidden fees?: No. Before you pay, Sizoro shows the full breakdown — labour, the booking fee and any tip — so you see the exact total. Tips go entirely to the worker.
When and how does the worker get paid?: The worker's share is released once the job is confirmed complete, or automatically 24 hours after they mark it done, and settles to their bank account on the standard cycle — usually the next day.
